Days 1-30: Eligible for Return

You have a full 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

After Day 31: Not Eligible

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. However, manufacturer warranty may still apply for defects.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original packaging with all tags attached

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and photos/videos of the defect/damage
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Choose between full refund, replacement, or store credit with 20% bonus

9. Manufacturer Warranty

For items beyond 30 days, manufacturer warranty applies:
